Engagement pathway

From assessment to accountable implementation.

AW3 starts with the decision, business condition and evidence needed to determine whether assessment, architecture, integration or implementation should follow. Scope and terms are agreed separately.

PathFive controlled stages
  1. 01

    Initial assessment

Clarify the business condition, decision owner, current evidence, constraints and priority opportunities by value, readiness, risk and dependencies.

  2. 02

    Bounded scope

Define the work product, responsibilities, exclusions, dependencies, decision checkpoints and the evidence required to continue.

  3. 03

    Architecture and pilot

Design the bounded solution and, where useful, establish baseline measures and test a pilot without presenting preliminary output as a proven result.

  4. 04

    Controlled implementation

Introduce approved changes in stages with human ownership, exceptions, recovery paths and operational continuity explicit.

  5. 05

    Validation and next decision

Evaluate measured evidence, record defects and limitations, and determine whether to refine, extend, operate or stop.

Engagement contact

Direct business correspondence

Engagement requests are handled through approved direct business correspondence. This site does not collect contact details or create an engagement.

What to prepare

A useful first discussion starts with context.

Useful preparation includes the decision or business condition, who owns it, what has already been tried, available evidence, material constraints and the consequence of delay. Do not send passwords, credentials, regulated personal information, trade secrets or confidential client material through an unverified channel.

  • Assessment can be a complete standalone engagement
  • Custom scope follows the actual condition
  • Human decision ownership remains explicit
  • No result or acceptance is guaranteed
